Biography
Joe DePumpo's
practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, and has included a wide
variety of intellectual property, business torts, and contract matters. He
specializes in technology-related cases, and has broad experience in patent
licensing, and patent, copyright, and trade secret litigation. Joe has
litigated multiple significant patent infringement actions in federal courts
throughout the country and in the International Trade Commission in a diverse
array of technology fields, including semiconductors, medical devices, MRI
technology, and biochemistry. Prior to joining Shore Chan, Joe practiced at
Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP.
